What is the file size limit?
Auto-resize allows up to 1 MB for a single source file. Manual mode limits are lower per size (commonly under a few hundred KB). This tool exports lightweight PNGs/GIFs suitable for upload.
Are my files uploaded to a server?

Why export all three sizes?
Manual Twitch upload lets you control how the emote looks at each resolution. Scaling down from a large source usually looks better than letting the platform decide.
